Ruby is Associate Vice President of Security Recruiting
at Hampton North (aka the 'Technical Recruiter That Doesn’t Suck'), specializing in security engineering talent across all stages—from Series A startups to enterprise.
She has a particular passion for first security hires, helping early-stage companies build the foundation of their security org from the ground up. Ruby is also an Advisor
for Black Girls Hack, supporting the growth and development of their community, which is one
her favorite parts of the job!
